What is Digital Transformation?

Digital transformation refers to the process of using digital technologies to fundamentally change and improve various aspects of an organization's operations, business models, and customer experiences. It involves the integration of digital technologies into all aspects of an organization, leading to a fundamental shift in how the organization operates and delivers value to its stakeholders.

Common digital transformation technologies include AI and Machine Learning, Social Media, Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Cloud Data. As digitization has ramped up, cybersecurity has evolved to include cyber risk management as the method for managing digital risks to security defenses.
